Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Petromax account and select the order you wish to return, or visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items you wish to return back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label from our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; we will notify you via email as soon as your refund has been processed.
